Description
I. Structure
1. All sections are designed to give minimum deflections and maximum rigidity as per international standards.
2. Pair of hydraulic cylinders are synchronized by a heavy duty torque tube welded to the levers. This offers absolute parallelism between them and table working surfaces.
3. The low noise Hydraulic system is designed as per international standards and assembled with internationally reputed make components.
4. Valves are mounted on a specially designed compact manifold block minimizing pipings and chances of leakages. The large sized oil reservoir provides adequate cooling.
5. Imported sealing kit prevents scratching of bore in case of seal failure and backup seal offers additional sealing enabling to use machine for sometime at a little pressure drop while awaiting seal replacement, thus avoiding downtime.

1. Advanced proportional valve controls the hydraulic cylinders to work synchronously and achieve precise repeatability performance.
2. Be capable of be controlled at random point within the stroke
3. Repeatability precision +/-0.01mm, parallelism precision +/-0.02mm
4. Deflection compensation table or crowning system for high precision
5. Holland Delem CNC together with linear encoder, Bosch-Rexroth valves, servo motors and other famous brand elements to ensure excellent performance
6. Ram stroke (Y1, Y2) and backgauge (X, R, Z) are controlled by CNC
7. Backgauge installed with ball screw and linear guide rail, ensuring high accuracy of repetition
8. Multi-axis CNC controlled synchronous press brake available as metal sheet fabricating center
